IT Program Manager

Summary of Position:

Assist with the management of the ongoing projects for the company and ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. Assists to develop project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and makes work assignments to meet project or program objectives. Assist to prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products. Help with projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Assist with the maintenance of processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks. Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities. Regularly communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders. Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, hardware, and software. Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary. Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.

Must be willing to travel to unanticipated client locations through USA at company paid expenses.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:

Require at least a B.S. or equivalent and 5 yrs or work experience. Education should be in Computer Science, Information Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Production) or related technical field. Relevant work experience is required any two of the following: PTC's Windchill, PDMlink, FLEXPLM, SAP, ABAP, or ServiceNow

PLM Analyst (Entry level)

Summary of Position:

Work under the supervision of the Project Manager and assist with key strategic PLM projects including installing and configuring PTC software, customization, UI development, testing, debugging, data migration and deployment support to project team members. Develop, quantify, and document business benefits related to process improvement initiatives. Translate process improvement initiatives into systems requirements. Develop key performance indicators (KPI's) to help monitor the process and determine potential process and/or systems modifications needed. Participates as a member of technical implementation teams in analyzing requirements and contribute to the design of PTC Solutions intended to address complex customer requirements. Ensure that quality software engineering processes and/or methodologies are followed. Participate in the technical development phases of implementation projects. Provide input into future software functionality, implementation methodology and customization standards. Installs and configures and customizes PTC software, Windchill/PDMLink /FlexPLM/ Pro Intralink using Java/Info*Engine/webjects. Participate in the creation of written specifications (such as design or test documents) related to the deployment of Windchill and FlexPLM, or Pro/ENGINEER
